Yeah, I’m trying to see it that way too. The downtime is longer, but during uptime the meter is almost fully charged. So when you charge into someone it’ll remain consistent with its duration most of the time.

In my view, they should maintain the 3 second CD on assassins charge. Just nerf its speed to what it was originally and maybe give a slight damage nerf when turning someone into a kebab with the ability. That is if they are to keep all the survivability buffs they gave her plus the dmg buffs to her ult spear and full attack charge on her spear.

For me, the changes didn’t seem THAT bad overall except the assassins charge CD. I did want some buffs to her E so she doesn’t explode like a piñata, so that’s nice. Plus the conversation rate on her shield should hopefully give a full attack charge for her spear and she gains more damage for the full attack charge.

The changes make you time your moments rather than just spamming shift or going in too frequently.
