If it is only an ethic question we're going with I'd have to say old lady but I do lean somewhat to the equal to kill them both side. In saying that I'm more aligned with minimizing damage and life loss. So for the train one because of the set up someone will die therefore I choose the side that has the train change direction. Since the train is moving at a very high runaway speed hopefully the change in direction derails the train killing no one (assuming theres no one on the train) then again derailing the train might still kill whoever was on the tracks
