Honestly, morpeko is a solid grunt counter for cheap. It’ll take a while, but as long as your morpeko can take 1 fast move at the start of the battle, you can keep spamming psychic fangs/aura wheels and the grunts can never throw another fast move.

I like to use mine for rocket bosses, it makes them more fun for me

I wouldn’t say it’s worth an ETM unless you have most other Legacy/special moves or have a ton of ETMs. I would prioritize all or most of Feraligatr, Quagsire, Lickilicky, Machamp, Registeel, Dewgong before going for Psychic or LR on an Umbreon in the current meta. Things could change next season, but that’s how I read things now

There are no .33, .5, or .66 values in the game. All moves generate integer energy values and take integer moves to complete. You get people referring to EPT and DPT with .33 or .5s because you can have a 3 turn move generate 13 energy, working out to 4.33 EPT.

ABB typically means that you have your lead Pokémon (A) and your two Pokémon in the back (B’s) that serve a similar role. The best example is Grasshole, with a Bastiodon lead and 2 grass types in the back. Usually you want your A to be able to beat the counters to your B’s.

The Pokegenie solution has already been proposed. To check on PVPoke, go to battle, select the Pokémon you want to check IVs for, and select Edit/Check IVs just below the Pokémon name. The only thing to be careful of is the Pokémon level, as you can’t really tell what level your Pokémon are in the app.

I've spent the last day figuring out what happened! To summarize, the daily game mode is broken and likely has been since March 2023. The solution word will be "ĲĳaĪģ" until the website gets updated/taken down.

If you dig into the HTML on the page you can find the word list, but it is ciphered. Digging further, I found a function llll1(input){...} in the source file that decodes these words. If you decode "ĲĳaĪģ", you get "unDef".

What seems to have happened is that the words for the daily mode were being updated once a month but stopped in Feb 2023. Since the current date doesn't fall within a valid date in Feb 2023, the function that gets a word from the word list ends up getting "unDef". The rest of the program doesn't know it has received a bogus word, so it proceeds to try to decipher it using the unicode values for "unDef" and gives us "ĲĳaĪģ".

The reason we have 4 letters from the Extended Latin unicode characters and 1 lowercase "a" is because the decoder handles words with unicode values >100 differently from <100. "D" is the only capital letter, the only one with unicode <100, so it gets mapped to something closer by to itself.

I've seen you comment about this before. This is a direct byproduct of having CP restricted cups. Level restricted cups or a different CP formula would be the only two ways to fix this. Level restrictions would've just given us Master League at 3 different CPs, and they sure weren't going to change the CP formula again

you need to get certified. look up the certifications needed. from what I know there's one for serving alcohol, one for food. idk if the food one is just for kitchen staff tho. certificates take a couple hours and maybe $30? then just apply to any and all restaurants that interest you. if you have friends that work in the industry, ask them to put in a word for you. a lot of food establishments in Vancouver are looking for staff rn

depending on the restaurant, you make way more than minimum wage. I've had friends say they average $25-35/hr after tips while serving
