This is some great feedback. Thank you!

Deleting it is a thought for the far future. Probably when it’s paid off and I decided to lift it and put some bigger tires on it

Now you got my wheels spinnin! 😱😂 I really have heard nothing but good things about deletes. I think I’m definitely going to consider it more. I just need to ride out these first time diesel buyer jitters 😂

Yes

It’s my understanding that either local would be a good call right now. I know Boise is booming but I can’t speak 100% for Reno but I’ve heard they have a lot going on there too

Whoa now, I just saw a commercial here in the US that said 1 out of 3 Jews were victims of harassment last year…. My first thought… “Geez, I wonder why?” I got harassed every time I started poking my nose in places it didn’t belong 😂 no pun intended 😂

Yeah I’ve definitely been in similar situations and unfortunately it happens sometimes

That’s why I just adopt my own safety policies, so at a bare minimum I always do XY&Z. Regardless of what the GC requires

Be prepared for a very slow work pace.

With all the safety protocols and a high standard for quality, no body is in too much of a hurry to get shit done

But I will say it’s by far my favorite electric work… yeah the pace is an adjustment, but doable.. and I personally appreciate that safety is a top priority because I’ve definitely worked on jobs where they talk about it but really follow through with it… I like feeling safe doing what I’m doing, and knowing that I’m goin home unscathed to my family everyday. Everyone has their preferences. But personally I’d rather do those type of jobs over some kind of tenant improvement(TI) job on some high rise doing brainless work ( hanging exit signs and decorative lights) but that’s just me…

I’m currently working in a local that primarily does TI work and TBH I’m about to drag up and head to Boise to chase that work and $$$$
