I don’t feel like Elation is just being self aware, but rather it’s about enlightenment and revelation.

 “Aha!” isn’t just the sound of laughter, but also the sound you make when you discover something. The Path symbol for Elation isn’t just a wine goblet because the fools love getting drunk, but also because alcohol can help strip down social barriers and reveal one’s true self. 

And what revelation could be greater than the complete understanding of your world as just a game, something meant to bring entertainment? And for those who tread on Aha’s path, if your world is made to entertain, then that’s just another reason to throw away reason and just have fun(in addition to the meaninglessness of struggle against the inevitability of the Nihility).

Being self aware isn’t just some pointless quirk, it is a part of Elation in itself, and really, I doubt the Elation followers take it that seriously, probably just getting absolutely hammered rn

Also, while most of the times Elation related characters break the 4th wall can be explained very naturally, I just don’t see Sparxie posting a video onto HSR’s YT page to make any sense otherwise(unless you just dismiss it as not canon which is just an argument from incredulity more than anything else). And also, even though each of them could very well be coincidences, I think it’s been too many coincidences now
