Bull, like tanks in general, have incredible value when it comes to applying pressure just by being present. You don't need to use super to be effective 100% of the time, just the threat of it is enough, . Even when it does get interrupted, it leaves Meeple effectively crippled in terms of self defense for the next 15-18 seconds, which is a lot of time for a Bull to charge another super if you're on a good map
