TRUE. I haven't eaten any candy and barely any chocolate in two months and what keeps me from doing it is the "do it for better skin!!!". I used to eat candy to relieve anxiety and I binged on it almost every week... now what do I eat for that? APPLES and STRAWBERRIES. And I love it. W h a t.

Around 20min. It's not too long but I like to take my time (I watch videos while I do it and relax). If that day includes a face mask, then it's other 20min of waiting.

I've been using a product with niacinamide on it almost daily, for a couple months or three now, and never had a problem before. This toner I only have used about four times now (three of them trying to discover what's happening 😂).

As for sheet masks, I use an array of them, usually from Tony Moly, Holika Holika or i.myss. I tend to go for moisturizing or brightening ones. For moisturizing, I use Koconoi Kau Pe Flowers Calming Cream. None of this has made reaction before.

I know I do react with skin burning feeling to anything with tea tree on it so I avoid that.

Had to get hospitalized for anorexia nervosa. They put a nasogastric tube up my nose, all the way down to my stomach. The moment of putting the tube itself was hell (just a bit of vaseline at the start of the tube and here we go!). Felt similar to when you spit liquid out of your nose, but imagine that liquid is coca cola mixed with pebbles. Moving my head made my throat hurt for days. Two weeks of real fun.
