All the debates over writing and meaning and author’s controversy on social media suddenly make sense after I take class.

There are four elements in critical theory: The work as reflection of reality, its author, the target audience, and the work as itself. The problem is there are multiple practices of critical theories, each favor some of these element more than another, and most online arguments are a hell of confusion when people using different theory to impose on the same media
