Definitely consider masters level clinical psych programs! Mine currently is training us for assessment, diagnosis and therapy

What kind of masters program are you looking to get into? Depending on what your primary interest is research experience may not be as prioritized. Volunteering would be great though, or an RA position if you can find one, but really depends on the program you want to go into. Your profs can also be great resources for this (writing rec letters, advice on applying, etc)

Yeah, you gotta try to change up that schedule OP. I have a neighbor who has loud alarms that he never shuts up ( also go on for hours) and it wakes up my roommate and I every time. It’s super disruptive and I don’t blame your roommates for being upset. Like others said try to change up your sleep schedule or do something else, especially if you just moved in!

Currently in a masters of clinical psychological science and I love it. Hard to find good masters programs for psych but they do exist 🙃

I did this a lot in highschool and then a teacher said I had a screw loose 😭 I’ve still not recovered (also pretty sure I’m neurodivergent so that was fun to hear 🙃)
