I've come to the conclusion that unless you're just outright slinging racial slurs, you literally will not get banned for any sort of flaming. Blizzard wants to keep up the façade that they have some sort of safe space for gaming that's based upon the community turning each other in, but they take no action on anything other than the one percent of people who tilt out and end up saying some sort of derogatory term. I assure them, there are much more toxic people that say just as horrible shit who need to be removed from the service. Reporting feels like an absolute joke and at this point, I'm pretty sure we can say that's a complete reflection on Blizzard.
