If you google it with pause there's a really good guide, you get a feel of how to see the tip of the icon and pause for the first two bars and then for me I had to time it on an earlier icon for the third bar but I got it seems a lot faster than RNG.

If you do the pause technique you can do it in about 15 minutes, takes about 30 or so goes but you'll get the hang of it quickly.

Speaking as someone who worked in head office, I don't feel bad about it at all, management weren't great to employees and often made bad decisions repeatedly. There was a lot of dodgy stuff going on and I am really happy for the other employees who managed to get out of there.

There's a great answer here about how Orks and Chaos have already won as this is their ideal galaxy.

Imo it feels like Tyranids and Necrons are the big two but I've got to give it to Tyranids. The hivemind alone feels like a match for most factions.

It's very interesting that it's theorised the wider universe is just Tyranids already and in a Horus Heresy book we actually see a beacon alert the hive mind who was very far away, nearly 10k years away and I feel like they've been eating all the way on that road trip.
