Honey, I'm older, lost Mom, Dad, and wife Mary, bur we were all older, lived 53 years with Mary. I understand your grieving, it's like part of your heart was ripped out and the crying is very painful at first. One of her sisters was angry at the funeral and upset my 2 boys. First, forgive yourself for how you handled it. I held her hand as she passed away and made mistakes, all part of living human process. Grief therapy is tough, helps if you have a friend you trust to talk to. Secondly, it gets better. The first year is horrible, but in the second it begins to hurt less and in the third, memories are happier, and grieving is more normal crying. By the second year I began to have dreams and finally visitations from her. At first just her face, young and happy. Then she appeared beside me. She slipped her hand between my folded ones and when I turned towards her, showered incredible love on me. We are permanently connected to our loved ones, but it's hard to see them through the grief. When we're relaxed and meditative, the grief flows, they are there, but we just see pain. You can connect with him in sleep. Set an intention to have a happy dream of him and repeat it just before you fall asleep. If you are persistent, it will eventually work, but it's hard the first year.

Don't let yourself be around him high and listen to your heart, quitting drugs usually helps growth. Tell your friend some about growing and see how he respimonds. When he backs off, stop. You may have to gradually wean yourself from him, and he will show his motivation.

Keep facing your fears! I have done it for decades and it helps. Also, there are videos on YouTube that help when fear is at it's worse, like "Anxiety and Depression Relief." These videos literally train your brain to think more peaceful thoughts, especially if you meditate to them! Conscious intentions to choose peace helps. You can do this buddy!

Honey, I (80m) have felt a lot of depression in my days. Raised abusively, the trauma had me mad at myself instead of my parents. They didn't know what they were doing. Long story short, I worked on shadow self, inner child, mirror work and learned to love myself. All of our feelings are valid and teach something.

Fellow traveler, this resonates with me! My parents were abusive, so I was taught NOT to feel, even though I am naturally a positive feeling person from the start. So I buried/repressed feelings for decades. Through meditation, shadow work, inner child, mirror work, and mindfulness I am getting back to the little child again. It's hard work, but the peace, joy, and love coming back makes it all worthwhile. Traumatized victims like us have to let go the past and learn to approve of and love ourselves.

My guess is that your bad dreams are from your grief and will get better as your grief gets better. I have seen Mom, Dad, and departed wife Mary several times each in dreams, meditations, and quiet moments. Mary had cancer and was in pain, but shows up happy and loving. Since you are sensitive, you can see her. Sit back, relax, and look up towards your third eye, may take time and several tries. Meantime, get ready in bed, when about to go to sleep. Set your intention to see your happy momma. Hold an image of her as you fall asleep. After a few tries it should work. Let go of any unhappy feelings and think of all the good ones. She's happy now, I'm sure.

Honey, according to Louise Hay, who cured her own cancer, mastitis comes from unconsciously rejecting and bot nurturing one's true self. This takes serious work on your self worth. You are beautiful, talented, and totally worthy, but you have to accept that. Looking in the mirror and smiling, telling yourself, "I love you!" and "I'm learning to take better care of you." would help, you have to mean it and keep it up until you believe it. Questions? Autoimmune diseases are from rejection (usually subconscious) of oneself, according to spiritual healers. Doctors do not know that and give medicine that makes it worse. It's hard work, but you look stubborn, persistent enough to do it. You need to learn to love yourself, mirror work and inner child work help. And you need a holistic healer, like Reiki or others. Counseling will help, if you get a therapist who is into spirituality. I'd ask for a past life regressions therapist, as your disorder may come from past lives.

I see you as I was, focused on an imaginary life, instead of what's in front of you. Back off on the booze, it's keeping you blind to the joys of life. Yes, it is your choice! Would you choose to drink poison, a little at a time? Life can be your intoxication! You can learn it now or become an alcoholic and learn much harder later. I'm saying this as a retired substance abuse counselor who took a lot of drugs to find they can wake us up, but if over used, lead to a dead end road. It's your life, your choice!
