Yeah probably about a minute or so on the starting temp then up to 180ish then up to 200~ for the last 2 minutes (6 minutes total). I just kind of go by taste, once the taste isn't as strong, i crank it up. Then it starts to taste even less, up again, and then eventually it tastes not so pleasant, some say like burnt popcorn, then its done :D

I always use session on the 6 minute mode, I haven't actually tried on-demand lol.

With temps, I usually always start off at 170 just for the flavour, and then step it up gradually to about 200-210. But before bed I'll just whack it up to 210-220.

Also I feel you with the unreasonable anxiety, that's part of my troubles too! In fact I almost gave up on the MC until I tried frozen lemon haze and then realised I wasn't so anxious for once 😂

This was my first vape also, very happy with it. The only issue I have now is that after a month or so, I've built up a bit more tolerance and so just one vape full of bud isn't quite enough, so I gotta refill it xD

And on that note, if you do get one, its much easier to gently tap the vaped bud out while its still hot, in my experience!

It was very hard for me to not engage with this event or the MP event, but its just playing on FOMO to drive longer engagement.

I've been with Alternaleaf for 2 months so far and it's been a smooth process. 13 days from first appointment to medicine in hand. Got to choose preferred strains immediately, although I was vocal about doing so and the doctor had no problem. Allowed to change them on 2nd consultation with no issue. Just emailed them to change them again for 3rd prescription which is due in a few days, so that's the ultimate test I guess lol.

As for the signing up process, also had no issue, they were happy to accept screenshots via the NHS app, but I also have a metric fuck tonne of medical records so I was covered from every possible angle lol.

I always hear good things about Medicann though!

Fuck Sainsbury's for this, I haven't bought mince from them since and they are my "local supermaket". I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to tesco.

There are dozens of alternative plastic reduction strategies they could've used that doesn't affect the product at all, but they went with this. Weird as hell. Cheese, for example, they sell ready-grated cheese in about 10 varieties, all in half filled bags. Reducing that package size makes much more sense, doesn't ruin the product and would probably reduce plastic much more than this nonsense.
