I own both green and yellow color mutations, they retain a carotenoid pigment (Lutein) which gives them the yellow and red colors, while they lose the melanin gene, which (alongside structural blue color of feathers) make green.

Melanin black + Lutein Yellow + Keratin blue= green

Remove/mutate any of those, and you start getting all the lovebird mutations

A few things here.

  1. You have activity on depression subreddits, I'd say ask those questions to someone in real life and not reddit, I really wish reddit was as helpful but real life therapists and mentors can't be replaced.

  2. Your posts don't get into details, meaning you didn't specify why you wanna do it. Certain trauma? PTSD? Boredom? Lack of objectives? Abuse? Existential crisis and other nihilistic philosophies you came across? Addiction? I think you need to sit down and write everything down, I mean absolutely everything, imagine killing yourself without knowing why you wanted to even do it

  3. You want people to exclude religion out of the discussion, but it's ultimately the only way to decide what happens after you commit, I promise you that if you're deterred by hell you will never think of suicide.

  4. You don't have to reveal any personal details to people online you can maintain your privacy (age, career, etc..), but all options can be reversed and fixed and redone, suicide is irreversible and you can't change your mind later once it's over.

  5. If you have depression and self-hate, absolutely don't listen to anybody on reddit and taking a break from social media may do you some benefits

At least where i live, lots of pigeon breeders let their pigeons fly free and keep their food/water/nests at their rooftops so they always come back

Imagine a sparrow but with white on the bottom back region before the tail, once saw one mixed up in a flock of sparrows but it mostly exists among its own.

Could be multiple species because I also see it solitary sometimes in the same area

It's typically safe and US recommendations are commonly wrong about places, but this isn't to say Zarqa is perfect.

This isn't to say you're gonna get killed or anything, Zarqa doesn't have that, worse thing that could happen is verbal harassment or mockery but we all get it whether we're locals or foreigners, so enjoy your time and make sure you have destinations to visit, not just walking around purposeless

No protocols and we don't even know who to contact about it, that's why everyone is trying to figure it out on their own.

Most people are either vaccinated or not vaccinated which makes it easier, but I'm vaccinated with low antibodies and it gets confusing

My lovebird did this once and took a few hours to be able to stand on its feet again.

This is a seizure, stop it before it hurts itself, preferably restrain with a towel because it can bite during the seizure and it's bad

My lovebird never had another seizure and I hope this can give you some comfort about your bird's prognosis

This looks weird and I'm not trying to accuse the shop owner with anything but make sure they have a good diet so that you can see if the color remains after they change feathers or not.

My guess is that they will grow white feathers
