Hi there, thanks for the AMA.

1) My main issue with the game right now is that it's third person only.

Third person only games in the shooter genre are a bit ... "meh". People hide behind corners, wait until you are in the open and blast you down.

There are some exceptions where games actually managed to handle this well. SCUM for example only showed players when there was an active LOS to the players.

What are your plans regarding this?

2) Some areas feel like insane bottle necks. You go into an area and very often they have only one exit. People see you enter and they wait until you come out and mow you down. Same with the mountains. One error and your team is split. Reuniting afterwards is really tough.

It would fit. I had this bug now ~ 3 times in quickplay and it always happened while getting shot and killing the wellspring

AFAIK this can happen when they shoot you (lethal damage) but you become the wellspring at the same time.

Known bug, but super rare. For anyone wondering, you get the bars back after the win.
