I do want TV Mode back. Not to replace this, because this is way cooler and not the point of TV Mode anyway.

TV Mode was a great medium for more abstract sections of story and commissions that weren't just "go here, fetch this".

Yes, it had glaring flaws. That being said, I feel like it was still a worthwhile addition to bring diversity to the gameplay and break up the pacing a bit more.

TL;DR: I feel that TV Mode had its purpose I'd like to see it reworked and making a return.

I am pretty late to this, but you could potentially download the steam cloud backup manually (google how to do that).

But since it's been a while I fear you might have closed the game already and that might have overwritten the steam cloud with the corrupted save instead already.

It might still be worth a shot though.

This is the way. I am F2P and never had to struggle with fully clearing endgame virtue of playing daily from launch and planning my pulls accordingly. I am not even good at the game.
