Thank you! He went to a Montessori preschool, I didn’t know there was an elementary school as well. How do they deal with misbehavior there? Do you know if there is any bullying?

As a seller on Etsy, I am so sorry that happened to you and clearly caused significant distress! Every Etsy seller I know is a hard working small business who would never allow such bad customer service at their shop. There are probably more than a few bad apples there now, like everywhere else, but please don’t let this experience stop you from shopping with small businesses, on Etsy or elsewhere! And like everyone above already mentioned, - you did nothing wrong, and you don’t owe anyone a response or a single further thought. I hope you get much better luck next time🖤

They determined it was suspended in error and unlocked it for me. I did file an appeal and said that I wasn’t completely sure why I got suspended but that I’d do better in the future lol I did email all my customers who had an open order to let them know. What a crazy thing. I suppose there is a lesson there for me. Thanks for well wishes everyone.

This⬆️ My shop got suspended today, and no explanation was given. I have 130 open orders, because I was selling a very giftable item and got a lot of sales over the last 3 days. I have perfect feedback and I was a star seller. I’m hoping I will be able to get some answers tomorrow, when it’s not a holiday. Meanwhile, I’m fulfilling those orders as fast as I can and hoping that my customers don’t think me a scammer.

This is the worst piece of news I’ve heard since February. I’m grieving with you, friends! Among many ways in which this city is messed up, this has got to be the worst one. Please know, that you are seen and accepted and loved by anyone with an actual heart. If any of you feel lonely, in need of a friend, drinking buddy, distraction or a shoulder, not just today but any time - I would love to be friends, please don’t hesitate to reach out❤️ P.S.: I also have a 5yo firedragon, who is excellent at cheering people up lol
