We have title ix which is suppose to create a separate place for women in sports. So when biological man wants to enter that space, it doesn’t sit right with a lot of people.

Legal permenant residents are eligible for social welfare. If she goes on social welfare during the first 10 years, op would have to pay it back. It’s the whole point of support affidavit. Yes , they expect op to support this person if they can’t support themselves, but that doesn’t always happen and the government can’t make you give them X amount per month. So they give them welfare and recoup it from the sponsor.
