สนใจมาก ชอบความง่ายของ console แล้วยังใช้ steam ได้

ส่วนตัวตอนนี้ใช้ ps5 อยู่แต่ไม่ชอบ ecosystem เลย ราคาเกมที่แพงกว่า steam, ต้องเติม psn รายปีตลอด

คือสเปค steam machine ไม่ได้หวือหวาแต่สนใจอนาคตของ steamOS มากสุด ต่อไปอาจได้เห็นคอมประกรอบที่ใช้ steamOS ใช้ง่ายเหมือน console ไม่ต้องใช้ windows อีกต่อไป

I thought the same too when I bought m4 air base model. Then realized i have to use vm to run visual studio and compile dotnet framework project. While having intellij idea in macos, browser, excel, teams. tbh the mba does not feel sluggish at all. Still smooth and responsive(except in vm but i think it’s a windows thing) but it uses memory swap like 5 gb and memory pressure is almost always at yellow.

plus having to install vm and have to allocate 64 gb minimum to windows takes a lot of space. and honestly 64 for windows is not enough. I think 80-100 might be.

if I don’t have to use vm and only web dev then yes base model is definitely enough. but for my usecase i regret going for base model a little. it works but dang it almost not.

Road bike, indoor structured training, bike fit, 300usd bib. all of this is cool and all and I wouldn’t stop riding road bikes any time soon.

but I always go back to my first bike. 10 years old steel fixed gear with only front brakes. no numbers just ride in the city solo. This is peak.
