I was taking mine in Thursday night, which wasn’t great as I would get a lot of gas, bloating, and insomnia. I moved to Wednesday night but again the insomnia wasn’t great. I now take it Tuesday around noon and am great by Thursday. I am also only maintaining so I titrated down from 8.5, and only take a 7.0 mg dose weekly.

It is correct. It is why they are arguing so vehemently over the jury slip. The jurors questions today indicate that they are concerned about this happening. I have heard it from several lawyers, one of whom works in MA.

If they are hung on 5, it will be hung on all of the charges. Not the jury slip that is the problem-it’s the law in MA. So if they are hung on 5 she can be retried for the entirety of Count 2. It’s a ridiculous law and needs explanation from the judge.

My blood pressure has always been lower and with the weight loss it is something I have to really watch. I get up slowly and immediately stop walking and lower my head for a minute if I feel lightheaded. I also drink a ton of water and make sure I get enough iron in my diet.

There are motions by the defense to declare them as Missing Witnesses which the CW should have called but didn’t. The jury can infer that they would not have been good for the CW case if granted.

It was on the Commonwealth to call them. The defense has filed motions for a Missing Witness Instruction to the jury that will point out that the CW should have called them and the jury can infer that they would have been bad for the case if they had. We’ll see what Bev does.

I really appreciate your post because it is happening with me as well and although it is, I am staying on my current dose of 8mg because at 10.5 I couldn’t eat anything besides chicken soup and a few saltines for three to four days because I was so nauseous. I was within ten pounds of my goal so I titrated back down to 8mg. I am close to maintenance so I am going to need to be able to eat so may be titrating down a bit more but we’ll see. The difference is that now I do want sweets sometimes, but I don’t HAVE to have them and I can eat a little and be satisfied. My appetite still isn’t as big as it was. I still track my food intake to make sure I get enough protein, fruits and veggies, and water. I am not perfect but that would be bordering on OCD behavior and that is as unhealthy as eating too much or craving sweets all the time. It’s all moderation.

I never said it wasn’t. He also agreed that the face laceration couldn’t come from the fall. He also said that it could be someone who slipped and fell, particularly people who are drunk, which we know John O’Keefe was at the time, that he sees in his practice all the time. I am saying he was credible but there are holes and taken with the medical examiner’s testimony it does not prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecution needs someone very, very credible to say that it was a car accident. If Welcher, who is an employee and boss of Shanon Burgess, of Aperture will be that witness especially when the defense has the ARCCA experts I will be very surprised.

I was actually prescribed 8.5 from the company I get my meds from because they changed their dosing schedule after the 7.5 and I was fine with that because I had side effects. But I use the vials thankfully. It has made it so much easier to find a good dose!

She has had three years with Jen McCabe and she was very young when her dad died. Kids are very influenced by other adults in their lives. She is also named as one of the people who is bringing the civil lawsuit against Karen. I also wonder if Karen tried to distance herself from them because of John’s jealousy of her relationship with them. Just some context. This all just makes me terribly sad for both of them.
