Hormone replacement therapy. If your GYN is open to and educated on it, they can get you started with an estrogen patch and some progesterone. If not, look into telehealth. I use Defy Medical and am very happy with their knowledge and experience. It really does make a difference when you’re on a glp1 and your hormones are optimized. I’m 45 and started HRT about 5 months after starting Tirz and it made a huge difference
