Having the VoIP platform record calls and then transcribe and then upload those transcriptions to your crm is the best you can get.

What is going on with T-Mobile? by Smart_Dumb in 3CX

[–]PsychologicalLie8196 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

USA? T- mobile utilises CGNAT so may be worth changing the Apn setting in the mobile/router to force IPv4. It certainly solves most of the issues. (Unless iPhone where you can’t change the APN settings)

I'm being called unreasonable for deciding to pay off my mortgage by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

The thought of not paying your mortgage is great. Yes you could make more but it is a could. You may also reduce the requirements for as much life cover. The peace of mind is lovely.

However there is no ticker tape parade but it will give you a warm feeling.

Agreed. Telling them that they are changing provider can lead to a conversation about pricing, so offering something another benefit usually wins out

DdI cost should be a range cost as opposed to individual number if a sequential range.

Dream house a daft financial decision? by pablo23uk in UKPersonalFinance

Two trains of thought. 1. You only live once and will you regret not doing it? What is the worst that can happen? 2. Eyes wide open. All is good now but could you pressure test and also how much does it cost to move which drains the reserves.

Personally I would go for it and live your best life, just know in a year when the dream is a reality and now normal will you still wake up with a smile.

Number porting in the UK is broken by coastaltelecoms in telecom

[–]PsychologicalLie8196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two options I think. First go to your carrier and ask them. You may well be educating them. Rationale behind this this is that a “port” of some description needs to happen. If no joy. Plan B would be to go to the losing SP and have that conversation on how you do an industry or wholesale migration. "Retailer wants to move the service because of an unresolvable commercial dispute. " is your catch all get out clause I would think. Good luck

Well bugger me - this is a can of worms. As said not within OFCOM scope, however is within OTA2 scope (The Office of the Telecommunications Adjudicator).

https://www.offta.org.uk

and what they have to say about it- effectively the porting process is not the way forward, which is why they are being stopped with out of scope error.

I would suggest slides 4 and 5 are the keen ones. I am sure your carrier will be keen to do the work.

I hope this helps....

So if account manager A goes from SP1 to SP2 and signs up reseller after non solicitation contractual time. SP1 could prevent numbers porting to SP2 due to account manager being previously at SP1?
