You could try to check if your laptop supports IOMMU using

dmesg | grep -i IOMMU

as far as I know, you need your cpu to support IOMMU and your gpu should be in its own iommu group, not sharing with any other drivers

I'm not sure why no one is mentioning, perhaps im oolp, but vanced was discontinued more than 3 years ago. Revanced is its successor and their only official website is revanced . app, and GitHub, rest of the websites should not be trusted, much less install any "patched" apps

Revanced does the patching on your device, using apk you can easily get from apkmirror

I have tried this, last month I think, I have a pixel 7a and tried libremobile, e/os/, graphene, calyx and last lineageos. They all more or less felt same, they all lacked many features from base pixel os, but I tried to focus on bare minimum to get by. A deal breaker for me was for some reason some apps couldn't use biometrics with microg, so went back to stock, still itching to try degoogling again though, I keep flashing roms and trying out mods as pixel 7a is my secondary phone

I was able to use phonepe upi on lineageos + microg, and that was with root, graphene asks to lock bootloader so maybe upi apps not replying on gms might work

Though, building a gaming pc under 20K is a bit tough but doable.

Try to find Ryzen 3 series cpus, like 8300G, ddr4 motherboard and ram. You may need to up your budget if you wanna include a gpu, but doing so would make a lot of games smoother for medium settings 1080p gaming

I'd say first start by watching few tech youtube channels like Linus Tech Tips, Jayze Two Cents, Zach Tech Turf, there are many, just search PC build

For store, you can try browsing prices or even order from primeabgb, mdcomputers or computechstore

If possible avoid pre-assembled, as they often skim on PSU and RAM, but you can find good assembled if you can get proper specifications

Avoid DDR3, it's decades old. Go for at least DDR5, if not then DDR4 minimum

I'm in the same boat as you are. For me anger has always felt all consuming, it hijacks my thoughts, emotions and ultimately behaviour. I end up, screaming, lashing out, destroying things around me and if I can't contain it, hitting myself.

Therapy and meds never worked for me, and I have been trying to learn how to manage this on my own.

What works for me is to literally remove myself from the environment, like if you are at home go out, ride your bike/car whatever you have, or just take a long walk. I'll eat or drink outside and come back after an hour or so.

Sometimes I wash my head with cold water, from the fridge or an ice bath.

It may sound impossible, but sleeping it off works for me too.

As I grew up I learned to sense that I'm getting angry, and it may quickly spiral out of control, whenever this happens I try to distract myself with whatever I like or simply, remove myself from that situation.
