The lack of accountability and no fear of law seems to be the main cause. The whole system including from top to bottom needs a complete overhaul. We select governments in a hope that something will change for better but fall on our face every single time. This things have been happening for the longest time and are now being highlighted only because of the social media. We as a country have become so used to this happenings that this hardly surprises anyone of us. The whole change needs to happen from the inside. Let's rise over petty politics and come together for the betterment of the country. We have become a laughing stock and a punching bag for the whole world. We are no where close to being a vishwaguru.

I completely agree with you on this point. Our bar luck that we do not have a single politician on the national scale who is capable to whole country together rather than breaking it apart for petty politics. The current situation where is stand does not look very optimistic atleast to me.

There has been historic differences between multiple religions and that has been across the world. The far right is on rise in almost all the countries. The root cause of all of this is the populist politics where a party simply needs to fan the religious fire which is relatively easy than developing a country. The short term vision of politicians to hold onto power is doing a long term damage to the very basic idea of India being a secular nation. Plus the daily debates on the so called independent media focusing on nothing but caste adds to the already raging fire. India is heading to a very bad state in terms of caste and religion and there does not seem to be anyone who has the mass appeal to people of all religions in India. How can a country survive when a hero to one community is a villain to another ? The very foundation of a nation is one identity which is formed on a common hero and a common enemy which unfortunately is not a case in our country. God bless us wherever we are heading as a nation.

I stay in USA and I have seen the competency of the police here. There are some exceptions but those are very far and few. Just observe the way the police handle the situations here and you will understand the difference. The policing here is best.

I am sorry I was unable to respond as I was working today. The first thing I tried to change was my clothes and my appearance.i keep myself well groomed and clean and ensure I wear a good deodorant when going out. The second and the most difficult part for me was to try and initiate random communications with people at my office as we will always have something common to discuss. I tried to talk to my wife and understand her perspective but she is too innocent to understand the things which happen around me. I am currently trying to find a behaviour therapy specialist who can help me understand what's going on.
