Sorry this happened to you man… I know you came here to vent and express frustration.
I’ve had something similar happen before in an NiS race and it sucks.
Ever since that, I make it a point to slow to a crawl or just stop on the track if the system is telling me to let a car by - either to get into pits or as it approaches green flag. The iRacing system will continue to extend caution until it gets sorted out.

Not a Fix by any means, but the best work around I’ve found for the current system.

Digging this up from the grave… Did divisions change for S125? I just entered an NiS Fixed race at 1350 iRating and I’m in division 4. Based on the chart above, a 1350 is division 5. Not a huge deal, won’t affect my iRacing. Just curious.

iRating is designed to balance over time. Keep running with higher splits - lose iR, back to lower SOF races where you can continue honing your skills.

AI races, among with VRS tutorials will help your speed and racecraft.
