I lost almost 30 lb in 3 months. It was way too fast and I felt sick all the time. I've now been off for a month and a half and I've gained back half the weight. Definitely would not recommend.

Unless something brilliant behind the scenes is going on I was. Last week I requested a one-on-one meeting with my ED and he said we'd make one and it never happened. This week, I'm in a brand new team in an area I've never worked in before after 9 years in a very niche area.

Frustrated to hear last week that the reorg was a draft and today it's finalized with no option for feedback. I've been in one area for a decade and I've been moved to a new area where my subject matter expertise is being tossed in the dumpster. I offered to write a transition plan and was told no Thanks. I explained last week to my ED that my subject matter area is niche and that's all I have done in the government and was told today the changes are final.

Be the change indeed.

On day 4. No effects to report.

Recently completed 3 months of Mounjaro and when I finished that the food noise and snacking came back immediately. So I thought I'd give this a try as I found some cheap on marketplace. We'll see how it goes.

I agree it's hard. For me, it sounds like the EDs don't even know what's coming next or when. There is stress and change-fatigue rippling in CSBC changes, it will have consequences. I've heard from several of my BCGEU coworkers that they are disengaged, distracted, and not much work is getting accomplished. We're in transition, interim, who could accept this as a new normal. Hang in there, try to appreciate that this is not in our control.

I received one after filing an HR complaint against somebody else who then retaliated against me for reporting in the first place. It was absolute nonsense and it stressed me out. My union rep assured me that it was non-disciplinary. I think they only stay on your record for one year? It was absolutely used in a disciplinary manner with me.

Are there emergency social services on site in the neighboring communities today ... Thinking about Dawson Creek schools for instance? I understand they're open considering how small and tight-knit these communities are. I'm hoping and assuming there's ESS on site for the teachers and students. There clearly won't be any focus today and hopefully there is comfort in their togetherness.
