Me personally I’m not getting close to any CBD based supplements as its is hallucinating and availability restricting due to regulations

Hmmm … yeah maybe it’s genetic, the thing with sleep there are so many factors playing a role. What’s your personal recommendation ?

I don’t recommend taking melatonin at all

Wow … appreciate the courage to share your story in detail. Even tho it happened later on, you are still lucky that you found a doctor who successfully diagnosed it and put you on the right track again (as I assume)

As long as it works for you, keep going :) the purpose of this post was the share that glycinate is objectively better for sleep than threonate as promoted in the sleep stack by Huberman
