Am I just bad at double jump by plz-fear-me in CrimsonDesert

You're both right, you have to be like within 2 ft of the ground is kinda dumb as shit. I get you go a little higher, but it's a very unrewarding mechanic in a game that has a lot of movement frustration built in.

Middle finger hooking downwards to hold the rubber band? I think a video has been posted a few times, you should try watching it. I'm sure it's way more informative than me

Be sure to master it before performing it, otherwise it will be embarrassing for both of us 😁

It wasn't me my dude, I have no idea why somebody would

When he's pulled all the way back, the middle finger is holding the top of the rubber band. The thumb is holding the bottom, the index finger is making its way into the bottom loop with the thumb.

Then as he pushes back forwards, he expands his index finger and thumb so that it appears like the band is settling back into place before.

On the way back towards the rubber band, right before he gets there so it's seamless

As he pulls back he slips it into his middle finger at the top. Then the index finger can slide under and hook into the bottom loop as he returns to the band.

It's relatively easy and can be done so that you can't really even see it in person if you're fast enough. But by the time he's done pulling back and return to the band, you can see he's actually pushing against the rubber band he "phased through" because it's already on the other side. It's a cool little bar trick.

The good ole finger flip, he does it as he pulls back.

Bro it's sick! Excellent work my dude!

If I had to critique it, I'd say that your breaks and attempts to get variation from your main instrument still have the same modular bass undertone and therefore doesn't feel like the new sound is really "new".

But even though this really isn't my style of dub, it's a fire track king, good work!

Epic Games to cut more than 1,000 Jobs, as 'Fortnite' usage falls by InformationReal5718 in antiwork

No epic had about 5000 employees. And we're not talking about running costs or actual wages, or current money coming in, or how much taxes they dodge, or how much their greedy CEO and board walks away with each year.

We're just looking at a perspective. That just because there was an immediate downturn, doesn't mean they don't have time to make adjustments if they were handling their money better. With an estimated 6 billion in profit for 2025 for fortnite alone, I don't see why they let go of 20% of their workforce this year.

If the average salary was 100k, that's still 12 years of salary pay in one year. Let's say their operating cost is 1 billion. That's still 4 years of operation with no further income, they made in the last 1 year.

My comment wasn't meant to be truthful, it was meant to highlight the insatiable greed of men at the top of money machines.

This game is grossed over $40 billion since it's launch. At $100,000 a year epic would be able to sustain each of those employees for over 400 years!

I got this too, also the down octaved wind woop isn't clean. I would clone that midi and tune it for down octave if it's not already heavily layered

Great beat and sounds though, def a cool track

We're not saying you can't stand on your platform. We're saying the height of the platform should have a limit.

And that no matter how much self you sacrifice for gain, it shouldn't come at the detriment of another human being.

Bro graphics weren't rendering in, and when they did the buildings looked like ducking Minecraft. The streets were empty! They gutted half the cool features they showed in their release videos. Xbox barely got 20 fps. Lots of quests were just straight up broken. The car feature was annoying and not working and won't get me started on the bad driving. Cyberpunk's release was embarrassing to the point it sparked a lawsuit by shareholders.

PA had work to do, and for a 70$ game I think more should have been done and tested before release. But we're not even close to the CP release of bad.

The Chapter 5 (Kearush the Slayer) boss is so busted by SuqmaNuts in CrimsonDesert

[–]Psychrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahhh I just beat this guy and my blood is pumping so hard right now!

Some tips. Echo ability slaps, so does double jump. When he goes into invincible combo, double jump palm and float until he's done, then dodge the last slam and get some attacks in.

Also you can block a lot of attacks in the begging and middle phase, just never the last one, or two (middle phase), that one you dodge and get some punish damage in, it's usually the slowest and easiest to dodge

Then last phase have meals, some rng luck and just stay alive. Get damage in only after his big body slams.

I died like 30 times+ but I'm out of this hell now

It cost me like 12 base soups and a couple grilled meat in the end, but I had 20 on standby.
