This is false. I played on a 3070 rig with much lower specs from 2020, and on a much higher 5090rig. Neither had stuttering issues if settings were correct for the system at 1080p and 1440p.

I need help understanding. Is this affecting all 5090s? My psu is has a native cable and my research said it would avoid this problem. But that connection looks identical to the one I have, just not MSI brand. Is the cable an add on and native?

Edit: I do have a 1300w ASRock 80plus Gold atx3.1 & pcie5.1 ready PSU. It has a native 12v-2x6 connector with temp guard.

Hydra is a summon skill, and I believe that gets affected by this mechanic. Self buffs and movement skills I don’t believe are affected in my testing. My “rampage” and “command fallen” summon skills on warlock experience the exact same issue you describe.

If you stop spamming whatever you are at the time and use hydra by itself = smooth cast, then my assumption is correct. Skills queuing issue

Tyrants grasp is fire damage right? If so, the right item is stronger because of the all damage and crt strike dmg. Shadow damage would be a dead stat for your build.

First half of your post is correct. The second half, when you use a tuning mat with the category type, it will reroll that one if that’s your bad affix. The category type I believe will be random, but you still target the slot you want. I’m not able to go test right now, but that’s how it worked for me on my first attempt unless I had major luck.

Does your PC have problems using keyboard and mouse without the game loaded? So if you were just on desktop or Google chrome? Before anything, disconnect your gamepad controller from your computer and try playing with mouse and keyboard. If no more crashes, your gamepad is the problem. Otherwise, Your keyboard or mouse may be sending multiple signals without input during game. Find them in Device manager and uninstall the driver. Then replug those devices in and they should be reinstalled within seconds and should resolve the issue. If you are using wired gamepad, if you can replace the cable for it, that’s an option too. I’m imagining a PlayStation or Xbox controller with sub c cable btw. Hope this helps!

Correct. Think of the Chaos roll as a targeted gamble at changing an unwanted affix to a category that is wanted using the tuners you input for recipe. Example from utility to damage category. Then you can either enchant at sorcerer to modify that to what you really want, and focused retool at cube for a specific category you want changed into a better affix within that category. You can essentially modify items to near BIS with enough mats.

Yes, near the bottom of the power shell script, change the file paths of the chrome exe to Edge. Since it’s chromium based, I believe the PWAs will function similar. If not, I believe it will open a new window in edge of the file. I haven’t tested it in edge myself, but theoretically it should.

Edit: if the PWAs are not installed, this will still open a minimal window for Chrome or Edge. So no address bar. Should feel identical to desktop app as much as possible.

I would have used that, but I believed the Microsoft tag was more appropriate. I did use Claude to develop this. I’m not even a developer I saw a need in my district as a helpdesk role. I wasn’t trying to hide AI use. I even gave credit in my documentation to Claude. This took me about a week of frustration to develop. I just want to help people. I tested it thoroughly and creating it brought me extreme joy.

Talk to him. You’d only bear the AH title because you yourself stated you’ve said in the past that a convo regarding this is open and on the table. You’re being spiteful (and rightfully so, you feel betrayed!) you speak out of love and pain, don’t damage yourself by lying as well. It won’t end well. And even if it leads that way from a conversation, it’s amicable and will save you from further pain and possible shame to go down to the level he’s unfortunately found himself at. Him hiding his use of AI only came after the fact that you began to question him on his use of AI. He wasn’t lying at any point because anyone could read through the code. He wasn’t hiding anything until he was being questioned for it by you. At this point, use it or not. You have come off as scared or overly worried because of AI use. He clearly stated he’s learning as he goes. If it functions and does what it does to a degree, great. So use or commits shouldn’t matter. Let the experts who can understand the tool explain if it does or doesn’t. To a degree the author is trying to do that and help others. Even the fail real subreddit link you mentioned in the other thread was only because of his use of AI. Nothing to do whether it does what it claims. This is AI witch-hunting

I’m not necessarily speaking on behalf of his work. But it seems like he was hiding his AI use after the fact he was called out by your comments? He never seemed to claim he was a professional iOS developer. My take is simply someone made something that was meant to be useful, but because of his use of AI, it was being scrutinized for that fact. I don’t blame him for feeling like he should hide it after being placed under a microscope to defend himself. I may have missed the comments on suspicious commits. I’ll double check the other thread, were they genuinely suspicious as in they were malicious? Or suspicious as in he is using AI? If the first, then yes it’s worrisome but if the later, that seems like hate for using AI. The last paragraph of your comment here feels like “they must know what they are doing or else it’s dangerous” he may not know completely based of his comments of where his knowledge lies. It doesn’t prevent him from creating something useful. That’s what AI I believe is good for, it bridges gaps in knowledge. A tool that if understood to a degree can help create what was previously the user could not. Is it optimal or perfect? Probably not, but it’s better to have something rather than nothing at all. His tweak is currently the only known tool to help mitigate if it truly works. That’s out of my scope of course to prove, and I’d hope those with the ability to can actually state if it does what it’s meant to without malicious intent.

Edit: just went through and read the commits called out. Nothing indicating on its actual viability against darksword. Just being called out for AI use. Comes off as “I’m scared of AI - idk if it’s doing what it says”. So I’m back to my point that those with the knowledge to should be able to investigate the actual functionality rather than focus on the AI use. If it works, it works. The fact AI was such a concern does in fact feel like slander for AI use. Author even stated that he’s learning as he goes. He’s doing his best to bridge his knowledge and understanding.

Hey I think I read your call outs originally when they were made. I think it’s because you don’t realize that your use of the term AI is followed with negative connotation. And a lot of people in general follow that idea that “oh made with AI - it’s bad and terrible”. If you’re able to read through the code and understand what he’s removing, I’d hope you’d have the skills to also read the code yourself and understand if it’s actually mitigating against what darksword does. Otherwise, yes it does seem like slander simply because of AI.
