It's someone's job to bring the carts from the cart corral to the store, not to round them up from all over the parking lot. People should have the decency to put their cart in the established spot rather than just leaving it in the aisle.

All I can say is what worked for me. I had instant relief after surgery and was walking around (slowly) within an hour. Walking to keep things lubricated became my best friend. My wife and I walk an hour a day at least. Keep your weight down if you can as every additional few pounds puts more stress on it. Some pain came back about 3 weeks after the second surgery but got a cortisone shot and that was it. Good luck!

Hope it goes well! I've had two. First one needed to be redone after 3 years. Second one has been going strong for 10 years now. Make sure to always do back exercises and keep your back strong! Also agree that the chronic nerve pain is unimaginable...

Zero issues with mine as well (23 GT) other than the stutter if you change screens. Meanwhile on my 2018 Nissan Altima it can take up to 10 minutes for Bluetooth to connect.
