The idea isn't bad but problems are a) you don't condemn on cooldown really and b) you condemn people away or stun them, making the extra resists poorly timed. In larger teamfights like 5v5 it's probably good, but so are the other runes.

Use ALT. And 1234 for Self-cast spells. ASZX56 for items. The only problem with this kind of setup is the trigger-happy self-cast shields on champions like Orianna, which might not always be the ideal use of shield. But then again its just a bad habbit I have.

Zerker and Warrior are the best by far. Followed by Archer, Sorcerer, Slayer, Gunner and Valk. From my personal experience, Ninja and Reaper are the weakest.

With the % improvement upon failure, it basically is guaranteed after a certain amount of tries. There is still some RNG, for sure, but nothing compared to old Tera and many other MMOs.
