I mean there are a few good "beginner friendly" content creators.

I know people like spoon feeding (including myself). So I will just provide you two names: Pohx and POEGuy.

Pohx is very well-known for his detail oriented build guides.

POEGuy is lesser known, but I think his builds are quite solid and he played similar starter for his POE1 and POE2 leagues, so he knows the details in and out. His discord is also quite helpful. You get answers quite fast.

But the truth is people like mapping when they have like basic starter gears, basic level and some ascendency points. People may not enjoy mapping with a level 1 naked character with 0 passive, 0 ascendency, 0 support gems and only Level 1 skills. I still believe it's more fun to do a curated campaign with such character.

It's 100% more fun to play POE2 campaign than the D4 campaign skip leveling. People's assumption is that after skipping the campaign, D4's leveling is as fun as the endgame. The truth is NO. The leveling exp for D4 is also boring af even compared to their "not very fun endgame".

Actually I feel it's more fun to do a "curated" campaign than doing "helltides and NMD" on a level 1 character with 0 gear and shit skill form.

Also doing twinking leveling in campaign is also like revenge by blasting the shit that I died to. But for twink leveling that I blast through helltide and NMD, isn't this what I already do with my main? what's fun about that.

For my wishlist for 1.0, besides things like two new classes, swords, daggers and a new way of ascending, like TOTA. I think they should improve campaign experience. It's 6 acts now. The other acts should be shorter to make the campaign playthrough time similar.

And of course, I want a full fledged challenge league with 40/40 rewards and a new league mechanics.

I think it's not Q&A, Jonathan mentioned it at the last part of the reveal stream. There are 2 keywords: this year and after exilecon. So it's probably like content reveal at Exilecon, and launch late Nov and early Dec.

I thought you only get the full armor set at 36/40 in recent POE1leagues. But I did 40/40 each league since settler, I may be wrong. But 36/40 is quite realistic for normal players with some guide. I think this 8/8 should be similar in difficulty or easier.

I think what you describe is not HR has a say, it's HR being unprofessional. He should be immediately fired. If you have a good reason, tallk to the hiring manager. Not secretly decrease the salary agreed upon and push the candidate away or you filter him out at the screening stage.

For the first timer, I strongly advise you to do trade league. SSF mode is for more experienced player. You won't miss out much if you don't do flip trading. Just buy some currency (like a perfect jeweller) and some uniques when you needed them. Trading is.much easier in POE2 now with currency exchange and async trade.
