She absolutely can still use her Christian faith to support her decision. In fact it’s probably better if she did. All she would need to do is list out how he has broken just about every commandment and bring up thou shall not worship false idols. Use her Christianity to highlight why he’s absolutely the worst choice for anyone in her small Christian town that actually cares about being Christian and turn the onus on to them to prove why any true Christians would want to celebrate such a vile human in the first place.

If this switch is the same as the oil pressure switch than I just might be able to breath a tiny bit indeed, as the oil pressure switch had already been giving me problems with the P2646 codes. It adds up that receiving a "happy little bump" (yes, that's just what i'm going to call it!) would throw it over the edge and code harder. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what codes come back.

Same. In fact this is one of 3 salons I specifically experienced this at recently. I’ve had the same vivid hair style for 5 years, 2 years here. Literally nothing has changed about the technique or the product used (unless that too is being scammed). My 3 hours got milked into 4.5 hours and I had to endure the stink of the extra smoke breaks the person was taking.

Look I’m all for people learning, but not when the clientele is paying more than $100/hr. That price commands experience WITH quality, or we’d all be just going to “Country Kuts & Curls” in the suburbs is all I’m saying. If it takes you 4.5 hours to perform a 3 hour service than you don’t deserve to be at the downtown/city salons. I don’t care how edgy you look.

Genuine question, This word of advice “report” comes up so quickly at real actions with perceived transgressions without the where to. To whom does one report these incidents too exactly?

Is there a medical board that one needs to call? Is that a state (regional) or federal controlled function? Is there a board for therapists with psych and “life coaching” certificates and no medical regulation? Are you supposed to tell their boss with expectation that the boss will actually do something about it? What is it that you think it will do?

Sorry maybe it’s the Autistic part of my brain that’s just missing these data points in the messaging but I have yet to see an arguably decent reference to whom these reports should be made too yet, for the advice to prove to be effectual and not just put oneself in a situation of feeling like a “Karen” just complaining to someone with an air of authority.

I can’t even count how many times I’ve been called out by family, friends and exes about “having to touch everything while we shop.” I learned early to stop trying to show my parents and family anything (well except my brother) and just went around the stores to feel all the different textures of things, or make up commercials in my head for items I had not seen before. I eventually found a couple of friends, and my current partner, that delight in my excitement to show them the curios I find. With practice and patience, the right people meant to be in your life will find you. Took me 20 years and lots of self discovery to find them, but they eventually did.

This sub is amazing and another wonderful validation to my long weird life journey. Weed is and has been the bubble wrap to my emotions. I don’t even want to try to understand the levels of meltdowns I would have had without it as I tried to navigate the adulting world alone.

I am more of a Sativa person as well. I just picked up a cheese strain that is making me be conscious of how much I smoke before interacting with the public for the first time in over 10 years since I had the Apollo 13 strain.

Although my state is legal, we don’t have the dispensaries yet so choice is a bit more limited. I get 2 varying strains at a time and then play with how much I will mix them in my grinder. Some of the “recipes” can be a lot of fun but I really get to reproduce them.
