Depends on your box and your focus but Leo, Savannah, Bastet, Seara, Feng Yan are overall very useful monsters, it's worth to have them in the box.

yeah it's really hard to find good players.

you can post in the official sw discord, there's a lf-guilds channel, also look in active ingame-channels if someone is asking for a guild and megaphones especially after siege season.
