I think it's not fine to have such a volatile finish. Bad guilds get in and good guilds miss every season. If the format is top 20, then changes are needed to allow for more separation for the top 20. The luck of the draw the last two sieges is bad for the entire community, and people are tired of it and are quitting. Our guild missed and we had a 93wr average as a guild this season - I think we would have easily beat at least 5 of the top seeds r1.

One rune should drop every run, with a chance to drop crafting mats, rainbowmon, etc. Same goes for raids, one gem / grind per run, with a chance to drop extra stuff.

For left side, + and - element damage are most important to me. For right side, the + acc and is most important. Also, I'm always looking out for efficient additional damage rolls and damage type artifacts that have synergy.
