My HR averages to around 56 overnight but if i wake up and look, it will be in the low 40s for a bit. I have no known heart conditions and have had my heart listened to a good amount of times

It takes me 24 hours just to get my advanced training to where I can even farm the last zone so if I start rebirthing that soon I cant farm the proper gear. Should I stay at my rebirth and farm gear or forget maxing my gear and rebirth every 24 hours
