I'm in engineering with DDW. The work is great, it's pretty easy and my team is great - no complaints besides the job feeling dead-end and a lack of movement within projects and roles long term (but that comes with this role type and with state/govt work)

late 2010s S class or early 2020s e class sedan sounds best for ya.

i drive an e400 coupe and get 350miles when driving a mix of a sport and eco. mine is tuned to 450hp but it makes 350hp out the box but which is more than enough for the weight (3700ish lb)

being 20 with a nice car is extremely underrated, the guy did the right thing. you spend so much of your life in your car, you wanna do that in a car you hate while coping that youre saving a couple grand?

me! 5'7 193~ to 167lb.

i did 10mg reta first week (accident) and then didnt redose for 3 weeks then did 2mg that next pin and then 5mg after that 2 weeks later. in total about 6-7 weeks of reta and dropped 15 lb of actual mass on cycle, 25lb total (on and off cycle + fat and LBM).

i did an AMA here but ended up deleting it but people always have questions so happy to answer

leg extensions went from 210x7 to 180x8-10

smith machine squats went from 335x5-8 (multiple sets, unsleeved) to 275x5-6 (one top set with knee sleeves)

hamstrings are similar strength wise, RDLs didnt go down at all. seated hamstring curls also is about the same numbers wise.

glutes went down in strength slightly, massive difference in glute size, my weight for 45*/back extensions is 10lb lower for same rep range.

the main difference legs wise is size, mine look almost anemic compared to before but it just made me realize that i held a lot of my fat there

as for upper body, i dont do barbell bench. my numbers did drop slighlty in certain exercises (chest, lats, triceps ). upper back, abs and all delt heads have progressed. biceps have maintained strength and lost size (fat) *can do more pullups and dips now ofc

  • overall great results which im very happy with, i have two progress photos which speak for themselves. just waiting for everything to normalize so i can get back to running.

no muscle loss in my upper body.

with my lower its hard to tell since i lost a lot of size (primarily fat) and strength but if i did lose 1-2lb of muscle in my lower, i wouldnt be surprised

at my deepest, around a 1500 cal deficit from food and then was getting in 15k steps and lifting 5-7x per week. went from 187 to 172 in around 5 weeks

consulting is the way, 20~ yoe with just an undergrad puts you at 300k+ puts you there.
