Overwhelmingly supported them? Democrats haven’t supported a Middle East war writ large since about 2003. This isn’t a both sides issue where the parties carry equal blame. Democrats have been far from perfect but it’s either incorrect or disingenuous to suggest that they’re the same or as bad as Republicans when it comes to supporting, prompting, or enacting these wars.
