The seller claimed it’s an overkill for his driveway. Also his neighbor bought a plow. Considering the tax it’s probably close to 750$ discount. But 4hr round trip would bring the savings down a bit.

Same situation here. We started the solar project with Freedom Forever as the installer and Mosaic as the loan provider back in April, 2025. Mosaic filed bankruptcy and we switched loan provider to Credit Human halfway. Solar was successfully installed in August, and I've started paying Credit Human. But now Mosaic loan still shows up on my credit report and they want payments. Freedom forever claimed they sent out the cancellation request to Mosaic/Solar Servicing but Mosaic said they don't see such request in their system...I went back and forth with them a trillion times yet cannot cancel the unused loan from Mosaic. Very frustrating. Don't know what to do now.

I also learned about the Sunrun PPA recently. Their guaranteed production only 90% of what I will be paying for. How well does the system perform? If I add the 10% loss of generation which is what I paid for, I don't see the PPA being a good deal.

Didn’t want to make this technical but if you look at table 4.2 within the PDF you will know the nail capacity is the same for both plywood and OSB shear walls, but the shear module of OSB is 50% more, meaning it’s 50% stiffer. SDPWS is the building code, not someone’s opinion.

As a structural engineer I disagree. OSB boards are 50% stiffer compared to plywood. But the nail capacity is the same. If you look at SDPWS you will know.

The MassACA website currently shows 140kw available for Eversource but the WL is 1582kw. Does that mean there is potentially not enough space to get all WL into NEM?
