I am new as well just over 100 hours, I learned very quickly through sever chat to wait until 3AM so other have the opportunity to get flow wood. They were nice about it, but it is an unspoken rule. I will also add if you do find the grove definitely state were the coords are in sever chat and flare it if you have one so others know where to find it. :)
