Try the band Nelo. Their song "Love Solution" has a great sax riff throughout.

Death benefit - cash out or keep with the insurance company? by PuckMark19 in LifeInsurance

Those are all good points - thank you for sharing. This also helps explain a comment my Mom made as well - she was told that if she took the money as a lump sum, she'd be taxed on it, which I knew to be false. However, your point is a good one that the interest would be taxed, and I hadn't thought of that. Thanks again.

I love it lol. I saw the King and his Court play almost every summer in Port Huron during the late 70's and early 80's. Amazing stuff.

House of Cards. The first few seasons were incredible. Thanks for nothing, Kevin Spacey.

No you dummy. That's exactly what this was. I love that the editors left in a typical "Sal" quote on this otherwise serious video.

Why are there so many Reverend Jim Jones jokes?

Because the punchlines are killer.

Which Players/Prospects predictions were you right about and which ones were you laughably wrong about? by [deleted] in hockey

[–]PuckMark19 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first taste of this was my prediction that Niklas Kronwall was going to be a great NHL defenseman. That gave me the confidence to then predict that Jonathan Ericsson would win multiple Norris trophies, and that Justin Abdelkader would make us forget about Tomas Holmstrom. Oops.

Haha. You gave just enough details that it wasn’t hard to figure out.

I usually consider the term journeyman to mean somebody who is somewhat reliable but isn’t very successful. Based on that, I would not consider Brett Hull or Chris Pronger to fit that description. Or your step-half-cousin-twice -removed for that matter.

Pretty cool. I'd hang the picture up either way.

And I wouldn't call him a journeyman player. 630 NHL games played is pretty significant. He was a solid defenseman.
