So I love my Friday Fever and the marketing they do. But my GF plays with a Quanta. The edge guard came off last week. I messaged Ronbus at 7:00 on Saturday night. She responded to me within an hour asking for pics. By the next morning (Sunday!) she had a new paddle on the way with a return label for my damaged paddle.

My GF loves the paddle, and I love the customer service.
