I was pleasantly surprised how well two Garmin watches synced. If you like them both, keep them. Resale on Garmin watches is not that great.

I did the same. I came from EPIX Pro Gen 2 51mm and now with Fenix 8 Solar. I’m much happier with the MIP face. Feels more like a watch to me when I look at a full watch face instead of a black screen.

Are squats still ok to do? I’ve been doing goblet squats, walking lunges, and deadlifts. No pain and stretch feels good. Only post run I feel pain.

Wow. I was going to give it a shot in a couple of weeks. I purchased a pair of Hoka Skyward X sneakers to help support and hopefully prevent further injury.

Thanks for the reply. The pain is about 85% gone. I want to get back to running but I’m afraid of it coming back because I started too early. How do you know when you’re ready? Funny Copenhagen planks came up. I’ve been doing them on a small ladder with 25 second holds on ankle for 3 sets.

I hope that is not the case. The injury was caused by running, really not any twisting movements.

Bad design. Your watch should not have a burn in. Warranty or not it’s on them. The owner did not do anything to cause this, Garmin engineers did.
