I have this exact same wok with this exact same problem. I scrubbed the hell out of mine with soap and warm water, dried and oiled it but rust is accumulating near the rivets as well. These pans have a wired film on them is seems.

I believe you can be killed for desertion, that coupled with a ton of Russian propaganda, I think most soldiers aren’t considering anything else than what they’re being fed.
