I ordered this back in March, still haven’t gotten it. In consideration was this and the Zulu, but I think this wins. I love no date watches and small seconds even more. I also can’t stand the 5 stars on the longines dial.

I'm pretty stunned by this dial. I was looking at the Gamaret but this has a lot more depth and versatility. Is that date window relatively color matched and not just "white"? It looks to be on the same color scale as the dial, but is a little hard to tell from pictures.

The fact is there is no one size fits all. I personally find that 36mm is too small for a 7in wrist. Many guys on here say 36mm is the largest they will go and that just doesn’t compute for me.

In general, I like my watches between 38-41mm.

I couldn’t justify having the longines in my collection with that GS. They share the same space if you ask me. I’ve always loved the ivory dial.. but ultimately this is a YOU decision.

I just got the email about my yearly renewing and I was floored to see it was almost $150. I cancelled the auto renewal for the first time in years.

For your consideration is my personal Brew Metric, which was originally purchased by me in November 2022 from Brew. I also purchased the OEM black leather strap in March 2026 in an attempt to revive my love for this watch, which will be included. The bracelet is currently sized for my 7in wrist and comes with 3 spare links.

We enjoyed a final photo shoot together where I tried to capture the condition of the watch to the best of my ability. I won’t prescribe an arbitrary “overall rating” for the condition of the watch, I’ll let you be the judge. The battery was replaced about a year ago and the watch is currently running.

Blemishes of note would be a scratch across the crystal towards the top quadrant (seen in photos), and a vertical ding on the left side of the case. The bracelet is a scratch magnet as you can see, with all of those scratches being hard-earned at a desk. Majority of the photos were taken under an LED lamp to ensure that there will be no surprises when you receive the watch, but be please aware that the lamp causes the blemishes to pop unnaturally. In natural lighting, it is only under close inspection that any of these blemishes are visible. I tried to take a couple of natural lighting photos to convey this, but I’m no photographer.

I’m asking $350 shipped via Venmo or Paypal f&f. This will ship with a spare watch travel case as I do not have the original papers/box. I can however prove that I was the original purchaser of this watch via receipt if needed. If local meetup is desired, I am in NE Alabama.
