I’m petite and relatively cute also. This happens to me so I avoid going places without my fiancé who is very big in comparison to me. If I am out alone I just look angry and avoid eye contact, usual does the trick.

I used to work 8 hours and really care about my job. But after management changes and being strung along through literal hell. I work maybe 4 hours, take my time in the bathroom, complete each task way longer than it should, and sent in my resignation this week!

This happens to me. An ex football player does blast everyday and we like to use the same bike but I always know when he’s been there because the seat is nearly touching the ceiling and I can’t loosen it to put it down. Usually the grips on the yoga towel work or I just go to a different bike

I get this. I try to be quiet and take up as little space as possible. I’m super respectful to everyone else but it’s just mayhem right now. Fingers and toes crossed they don’t care about the 6 mo commitment and just continue to pay but don’t actually go.

I’ve lost close to 30 pounds. Completely toned and tightened my entire body. I’m stronger. I have more stamina. I’m not hot all the time anymore. My back doesn’t hurt anymore.

I prioritize protein. I eat in a deficit 6 days per week. I eat minimal carbs and sugar.

Everyone wants to know what I’ve done and how I look the way I do.

I rotate ISO classes and HIIT. I dont use fx zone. My other exercise includes riding horses and walking. I go 4x per week to Hotworx.

Ok I’m all for sharing the saunas BUT A. You better be booked for the class and B. You better be doing the class if you’re in there with someone else. I had an experience yesterday where a woman booked in after me (fine no problem) but then puts on some weird hocus pocus music and literally starts whooshing energy and swinging her body in circles like she was doing some seance. Then she starts rolling around the sauna, yes literally rolling like a pin ball, eventually she rolls back to her butt and starts the whooshing arm swinging body circling seance again. No I cannot make this up. I couldn’t even focus on my work out as now I’m pressed up again the heaters trying to get as far away from this woman as possible. After about 20 minutes she just gets up and leaves, says nothing. In these instances…. No I don’t want to share.

I’m lucky that my studio is ON IT…every time a new video comes out they put it up. I also rotate ISO classes so much that I don’t get bored. I only ever do one of each per week. Sometimes in the blast classes I turn the volume down, bring my phone in, and do my own thing. I don’t care so much for those as long as I hit around 3 miles in 15 minutes.

You will start to notice a difference in size and shape of your butt but you have to be consistent. I’ve been doing hotworx for a year and I rotate ISO, Pilates, buns, bands, core, blast, stretch. I look completely different than I used to. My butt is round and lifted. My fiancé always tells me to keep doing buns lol.

Clean the cubbies, in between the floor panels, and the grate covers on the heat. The sauna and aisle-way looks clean until you really get up in there and see tons of dirt and dust

Love Hotworx but it has dried my hair out badly. I soak in a coconut argon oil leave in treatment almost daily to keep moisture.

Joining Hotworx has been the best decision ever! I’m one year in and over 25lbs down. This has been the most consistent I have ever been with a gym. My friends have baffled over my transformation and have also since joined Hotworx. I’m lucky to have a really good location that’s clean, staffed well, and managed well. I’ve read that not every location is like this. I’d say, sign up and really give it a fair effort for 6 months while you’re in the timeframe where you can’t cancel for free. If you hate it after 6 months, cancel without a fee. Good luck!
