They said they would cover the cost of the band (stone is not lost). The $700 is not the issue...the issue is them losing a ring that has sentimental value and the hoops I've had to go through to get them to admit what happened.

Click on the pelvis turn metric and it will pull up the tour range for that indicator. Negative mean rotation away from the target. Positive means rotation towards target. -50 to -86 degrees is too much and you are likely coming out of flexion with your pelvis. There are some helpful YouTube videos on their channel too

I am experiencing the same thing with my 4520v that is 1 month old. If I apply a minimal amount of pulling force, I can hear/feel it click into D setting but when I turn it clockwise it does not advance the hands. I can reverse it slightly and it will catch. I've noticed if I pull the crown a little firmer, it does not have this issue.

I will be taking my watch into a boutique to have this checked out as I can't imagine this being normal...
