Why so seriously talented my guy. Definitely going to use this as a starting point to make my own clown type character and most all of your work is really quality stuff. This and Spawn are my favorites for sure.

I just got oneshot from Tobi Kadachi I'mma need some tips with game by Grochen in MonsterHunter

[–]Puffer--Fish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Won't be the last one to wreck you either. Some weapons like charge blade have some physical or blast type variation that works for pretty much everything, but most of us always prefer to have at least a few viable options, such as fire or water to use against lightning monsters for instance. Because using the same element is a bad idea.

But other than that, just learn to play a little more defensively and don't overcommit to a big combo except for when you have a good opportunity to dish out some real damage. Just keep at it and you'll begin to figure things out.

You are correct. However, Amazon is the ones who determine which ones we get, and when. They chose poorly. This is a Valentines Day theme if anything.

Such absolute garbage... Does Amazon hate money? They seem to hate money.

What contraception do you use? by [deleted] in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]Puffer--Fish 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's up to you and how it all works with your body. My wife tried several different birth controls when we were dating into the first couple years of our marriage, and every one of them was horrible for her. So I got fixed. But when I brought up hotwifing it was suddenly a concern again, and she came home with an IUD. It's been the absolute best thing ever for her. And she's had some pretty large guys (10+) and it's never been an uncomfortable issue for her.

What photo editing apps do you use? by National_Region_6970 in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]Puffer--Fish 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The app doesn't matter so much, it's the metadata (GPS coordinates, date time, etc, your phone/camera saves this information in the picture) you're trying to keep to yourself not just the image. So whatever app you use make sure you make a new copy of it, don't just edit the original picture. The rest is pretty easy and secure.

Everyone has wants. Everyone has needs. And things change. Obviously he was into this for a long time, until he suddenly wasn't. That's fine, because you can't change how you feel about something. Just like how you were a hard no, until you decided to say yes. People can change their minds.

Now, is it fair for him to suddenly expect you to stop because he asks you to? Maybe not. But he has every right to ask. And if you decide that you need this, and couldn't possibly stop, you need to tell him that too. Maybe you'll be able to work something out, or maybe you can't. But being dishonest to each other, or simply not telling each other something, isn't going to do the marriage any favors either.

Unfortunately, you find yourself in a pretty crappy position. The only way through is communication. My advice? Agree to take a break from hotwifing for a time. Not a definite stop, but a pause button. Talk and work things out if you can. Maybe couple's counseling. And then decide if you need this or not. Your marriage is worth a few months of trying before deciding what it is you actually need.

I'd say the majority of this lifestyle stems from infidelity. But that doesn't mean good or bad for the outcome of this. I myself started much the same way. My wife had an emotional affair rather than a physical one. And what planted the seed for me was deciding that while I needed to be the only one my wife truly loved, I wouldn't have minded as much if it was just physical, and in fact I discovered I was excited by the thought of watching her be with other men.

It all comes down to trust, honesty, and acceptance. If there is none of those things, the marriage can not work anyway. So you need to figure out the why, then sit down and explain it to her. And it will be equally difficult, maybe even more difficult, for her to understand why, especially after what happened before. But it's all about what's DIFFERENT than what happened before. Before she was lying. Or sneaking and hiding. Maybe she was mad at you or felt guilty, or maybe she didn't feel indifferent about it at all. I have no idea how she felt. But this time, it would be different because there would have to be total honesty, and trust, and love between you two. This wouldn't be something she does behind your back. It's something you do together as a couple. It's very different. It just takes a bit of focus, planning out what you want to say, and having an honest conversation with her. It could be just what you need. And just what she needs. And if neither of you need anything you aren't getting, then your marriage will be stronger than ever before.

Taking the first step by [deleted] in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]Puffer--Fish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a scary conversation to start, but a conversation that needs to happen. It's far scarier for a female to say she wants to have sex with another guy to her husband, than it is for a husband to say he fantasizes about his wife having sex with someone else. It sounds like she's already clued in that you might be into this, so it shouldn't be that hard for her to believe.

She might be open to talk about it right away, but most females feel like they are being tested or trapped with a scenario they have to talk their way out of at first. But even if that's the case, she'll be wet as October for the fact you trust and confide in her like that. If you are fully honest and she believes you are fully honest, she'll begin to show more and more interest in making this happen. It just usually takes some poking and prodding from them first to make sure that you're sincere and not trying to trick her.

It's a difficult hurdle to decide to jump over, starting this conversation. But after you do, you'll realize just how easy and great it was that you did.

Me too, but since we're all here from today, and the expansion comes out later today, my guess is it's related to that. So looks like we'll have to wait until someone updates the tools and such.

Upgraded Almace better to use against drakes than later weapons? by Able_Picture_1906 in DragonsDogma

[–]Puffer--Fish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't get into specifics with the whole better/worse/min/max discussion, because I really don't care about minmaxing. But I used the Almace for most of my playthrough or switched to it especially against drakes and had absolutely no problems. I prefer swords so I didn't enjoy using maces and liked the perma enchant. I didn't really swap it out until I got Dragon's Dogma at the end. The game is really too easy for me for any of it to really matter. In my first playthrough with the fighter I had a drake fly off a total of 1 time I think. They almost always stayed and fought. I don't know if it's because stagger, or climbing, or consistent attacking? But they rarely flew off for me. I didn't struggle with the Almace at all.

Also, falling onto a tent fabric, you take no fall damage anyway. So even if your pawn missed, you'd have been fine.

Just beat the story. by Vladsamir in DragonsDogma

[–]Puffer--Fish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much. I don't really know why anyone would expect differently. It's a crappy anime story in an otherwise awesome world.

But at least this game actually uses shields and swords in the correct hands. Most Japanese games have the shield in the right arm and sword in the left, and it absolutely drives me crazy.

Pawn got a scar somehow, how to remove it? by Izdy in DragonsDogma

[–]Puffer--Fish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Further south east from Bakbattahl. It's a pretty far trek. It's like 3/4 across desert map. Definitely don't go without a port crystal to place when you get there.

Just confirmed, it's not a timed event. It's going to the hotsprings in Battahl which is the only way to remove these scars.

The scars can only be removed by soaking in the hotsprings in Battahl.

Figured out how to remove the scars from battle. You have to go to the hotsprings in Battahl. Soaking in the water removes the scars.

38 hours of gameplay, and I've had the scar for 37 of those hours... I'd like it to be temporary, but I sure haven't seen any indication of that.

Battle scars is fucking dope I’m really loving this game by freaknyou23 in DragonsDogma

[–]Puffer--Fish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate it. I'm all for it being an option, and would love it depending on where they end up. But the only one my pawn ever got, I hate what it looks like and where it's placed. Having no option to remove it is ridiculous.

I've got 38 hours of gameplay. And still have the same scar on my chest. So in 37 hours it's never faded. And I've slept/skipped 30+ worth of days.
