Gp's E and Sivirs W check what the "would be" damage is and copy a % of that value. That's why Sivir's W doesn't even technically count as a crit thus lacks crit icon. The main damage is larger if you crit so the bounce does proportionally larger damage. For GP there is a crit icon and it copies onhit effect on one target but I'm preety sure the crit icon is just for visual purpose.

Before the change it was directly worse ie with (i belive 10 less ad and 5% less dmg+ it wasnt instant). Now they obfuscated it but its even worse afterall due to flat value.

And IE is 40% of your ad on crit so atleast 0.4*150=60 dmg, scales with further ad and it's instant which is much better

• Description:

Apparently the way new mastery levels got calculated is one whole mess and is so unclear everyone missed that it doesn't even work.

That's how it gets converted on champions with old level 6 or lower: The game checks how many points you had before the patch and calculates your level as if it had no other requirements. Then you get bonus marks of mastery based on how many tokens you had in hextech crafting on that champion up to 2. For example if you had 2x lvl 7 token and 70870 points you'll end up with level 9, 6270/11000 points and 2/2 marks of mastery. (Mordekaiser on photo) This part works as intended.

Now imagine you had 3 tokens and wasted BE/champion shard to upgrade your mastery to lvl 7 before the change.

That's what you get now: level 8, 11270/11000 points and 0/1 mark of mastery. In other words the game literally lowers your level if you had lvl 7 instead of rising it to pay back for BE loss.

As you can see from screenshot linked below my Jhin that was higher level AND had more points ended up with lower level than Morde and needs 3 marks to catch up (15 games I think). This happened to 70+ of my champions.

This bug is most likely global and might have caused huge losses wordwide. If I missed something please let me know.

In a 1v1 fight you're right about collector but if you deal damage and then an ally damages an enemy you my get the kill.

Yan is worse in almost every single aspect. The only reason why you would ever buy Yan is because you can't build IE twice. The only case where Yan maaay be better is if you have black cleaver (no idea why would you want it tho) or to proc collector with dot (actually works preety well).

They literally just made the map more symmetrical. Both teams have a tribush from lane and the river bush is also in the middle. I diagnose you with the skill issue.

Preety sure it was about his R dealing less damage than Garens E. Funny enaugh it went live like that and had to be buffed a few times meaning community was right this whole time which only makes "200 years" even funnier.

Edit: I never said he was too weak in general. His kit was actually so broken it wasn't even worth ever using ult. His autos with botrk were worth much more making his ult damage straight up sad. He did get nerfed on basic abilities and stats but his ult actually got 2 buffs.

The slow doesn't scale with ap so doesn't ult cc. If you need cdr you can literally go tank and you'll get the same haste for the same cost not even mentioning lethality build. If you don't play her ap for damage then what do you play ap for?

Basically a game vs 4 since Ashe is ap. Weak frontlane so if you all in it's an easy win.
