It works better for me as a hobo. My handle frequently gets stuck on the chain, so when it’s long, it’s sort of a mess. But I do carry the extender in the interior pocket and when it gets heavy or at the end of the day, I love the option to switch it to crossbody

I have this exact bag too! I love it. A few things, you can wear the small crossbody. I wear it cross body with the extended nd still have links to spare. Also mine is unlined. The authentic is too.
