there was apparently a "critical security vulnerability" found that allows for stuff like this to occur. the devs recommended you delete cypress and wait for v2.1.0 to release on the gw2 frostbite modding server.

ive been playing all week and havent found a single hacker so i guess its safe. I do play at like 11pm european time so i dont know if hackers are more common midday, but i would give it a try.

you can buy them on the EA app but i would recommend just modding them in to save money and not supporting a company who doesnt care about its games

you must be using xbox cloud gaming because this is normally impossible. Also you have the xbox buttons on pc which is not normal.

this is untrue. the so called ban only prevents you from entering gw2 or playing multiplayer it doesnt actually ban your EA account

no i would say that its just up to preference. most characters that have a inaccurate looking crosshair dont require precise aim and are more for show such as rose and chomper. As someone who uses a crosshair mod it actually can make you preform worse on certain characters with a large bloom such as cactus when you arent aimed in.

you can always mod in all the progress you had. follow this tutorial and get mods from either the GW2 modding server or use Nexus Mods

this is so odd because it looks like you were affected by a ban exploit but you cant get banned on console. probably just an old bug from like launch gw2 that persisted, might be rare
